Amazon Pay is seeking an experienced Channel Growth Executive to lead and develop our indirect sales strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through co-selling activities with named partners. This role requires a strong understanding of partner sales models, channel programs, and the ability to achieve sales targets via a through-partner selling motion.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationship with named partners, ensuring they are properly enabled, motivated, and achieving aligned sales targets.

  • Command the Amazon Pay value prop and support partner sales reps on their pitches

  • Own forecasting and monitoring of channel sales pipeline performance, analyze trends and provide insights to optimize performance

  • Identify opportunities to grow channel performance, and partner cross-functionally to implement channel partner programs, marketing support, training, and certification initiatives.

  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop channel offerings, and go-to-market plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years relevant professional experience (business development, channel sales, partner management, alliances)

  • 5+ years in in business-to-business (B2B) software or Software as a Service

  • Proven track record of exceeding growth-oriented performance metrics

  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or payments

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to navigate an undefined, ambiguous space

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
