Certified Payroll Professional Wanted in the Bustling Heart of Seattle, WA, or just north of it!

This position is located in Seattle, Washington with some travel to Bellingham, Washington. Delve into your tasks during the day, and post-work, explore the Emerald City's myriad of attractions or simply unwind by the Puget Sound.
What You'll Do:
Implement top-tier payroll practices, including calculating gross-to-net pay and discerning taxable vs. nontaxable fringe benefits.
Tackle federal forms, especially the essential Forms 941 and W-2.
Apply visionary strategies to manage Federal and State notices, audits, and understand the impact of various benefit plans.
Lead our payroll department's future with insightful vision and strategy.
Collaborate and keep abreast of the latest in payroll practices and tech trends.
Assist the HR Department wherever is needed
What We're Looking For:
CPP Credential: Your CPP designation isn't just a line on your resume, it's a testament to your expertise.
Payroll Pro: With at least 5 years under your belt, you've seen and mastered various facets of payroll, from Production to Education/Consulting.
USA All The Way: This role's emphasis is on US operations.
HR Whiz: Comprehensive knowledge of US and Washington State Human Resources legislation is paramount.
Reynolds Ready: Familiarity with Reynolds is a bonus. If not, no worries - enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable.
Guardian of Secrets: Confidentiality is paramount, and we trust you'll hold it to the highest standards.
Deadline Dynamo: Efficiency is key, and you always ensure tasks are completed before the clock runs out.
