Amazon Campaign Planning Specialist in Seattle, Washington

Description

At Amazon, we're obsessed with reinventing the way we attract and hire top talent. We're seeking a trailblazing Campaign Planning Specialist to revolutionize campaign design and execution planning, leading the charge in driving high-volume hiring for our warehouse Associate roles.

In this pivotal role, you'll be supporting tent-pole moment and campaign innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data-driven insights, and an inventive mindset to deliver solutions that deliver on hiring goals. You'll be part of a team of Campaign planners, empowered to think big, challenge conventions, and push the boundaries of what's possible in performance marketing.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, including channel owners, marketing analytics, data science, and vendors, making bold decisions that optimize paid marketing strategies and drive impactful results. Working backwards from the candidate, you'll craft enticing and informative experiences that resonate with job seekers, and solidify Amazon as an employer of choice.

You bring a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Leveraging your hands-on platform expertise, you will develop detailed, holistic campaign plans that strategically position the Creative and Channel Execution teams for success. You are data-driven, and use science-based rationale to identify the right signals to activate campaign levers for maximum impact. You’re an intrinsic problem solver, creating scrappy work arounds to solve immediate problems, while developing long-term solutions to automate and scale work. Obsessed with (over?) delivering against KPIs, you are continuously on the hunt for ways to improve on overarching goals and micro metrics. Like all Amazonians, you are a strong writer and effectively communicate well-thought hypotheses, proposed plans, and measurement frameworks with marketing teams and non-marketing leadership.

As part of our return-to-office (RTO) efforts, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive in-office culture by promoting collaboration, engagement, and a sense of community among employees.

Join us on our relentless pursuit of attracting and hiring the best talent, and be part of a team that is redefining the future of recruitment marketing through precision, agility, and a candidate-obsessed approach.

A day in the life

A Day in the Life: Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic decision-making, and data-driven analysis. You'll start your morning by reviewing the previous day's campaign performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization. Throughout the day, you’ll drive mid- to long-term projects forward, collaborating with the right partners to prepare testing plans, measurement frameworks, and new campaign proposals. In any given day you’ll connect with data scientists, marketing analytics, and staffing teams. You’ll prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for leadership teams.
