You Are

As a Paid Media Campaign Management Senior Analyst you will work side-by-side with our Paid Media Strategists to help develop and execute our clients' comprehensive paid strategies and initiatives. This role will assist with strategy and planning, as well as handle all execution, optimization, reporting, pacing, billing, and relevant day-to-day communications with vendors and strategists. This position is part of a fast-paced team and will require the ability to be resourceful and think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with paid media strategists to develop detailed channel plans that innovate and drive results;

  • Build, stage, and execute campaigns across multiple channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Content Syndication;

  • Bid management, campaign builds, and review of ad copy/creative developed by an in-house team and/or third party creatives with oversight by strategist;

  • Manage day-to-day campaign status, inclusive of monitoring delivery and pacing, evaluating key performance drivers, and developing actionable optimization insights and recommendations;

  • Lead campaign tracking and reporting documents (execution, pacing documents), including generating pixels for implementation, building tracking URLs, and compiling data for client reporting based on campaign performance;

  • Research and submit inquiries, schedule intro calls, and evaluate potential new partners/vendors;

  • Develop and evaluate RFPs, making smart vendor recommendations, and effectively utilizing media research tools and resources to support campaign strategy and development; and,

  • Identify and monitor media trends and client competitors for future opportunity testing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing;

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on paid media campaigns in a media or marketing agency;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or MBA in Marketing;

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to mine data to inform decisions;

  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

  • Flexibility with weekly schedule (working with cross-geo stakeholders);

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $48,600 - $105,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
