Robert Half is searching for a Business Systems Analyst to support a non-profit organization based in Seattle. We’re looking for an excellent contributor with an emphasis in supporting non-technical end-users. This position is a temporary to-hire opportunity (6 months) with potential to convert. This position is 100% Onsite and is based in Seattle, WA.

• Provides senior level business analysis to the department, teams, and customers regarding business solutions including business needs, requirements, options, risks, and limitations.

• Develops and documents business processes and requirements including logical data models and process maps and technical documentation on business applications.

• Performs security assessment and risk analysis for new and existing IT services.

• Provides consultation to, and partners with, stakeholders, sponsors, IT and management for new and existing solutions.

• Performs Service Owner duties including handling escalation requests, creating and maintaining procedure and training documentation and periodic reviews of services to address problems and opportunities for improvement.

• Responsible for recommendations to management on the future evolution/roadmap of assigned services.

• Creates project plans. Accountable for scope, deliverables and milestones.

• Manages project risk associated with team and vendor deliverables and milestones.

• Establishes timelines, and effective progress measures that include vendor and staff workload and productivity. Communicates status, risk and mitigation strategies, and manages project approval gates.

• Provides mentoring, training and support to Casey staff and TS coworkers on business applications

  Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.

• Knowledge in gathering requirements and designing workflows with non-tech end-users.

• Basic troubleshooting and escalated application support and reporting functionalities.

• Strong empathy for end-users.
