Remitly, Inc. Business Strategy Manager in Seattle, Washington

Under the direct supervision of the Business Strategy Lead, the Business Strategy Manager will be responsible for building, vetting, prioritizing, and consolidating the growth targets for all key revenue KPIs for North America (Revenue, NCAs, CAC, Churn). Specifically, the Business Strategy Manager will be responsible for the following essential duties:1. Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly planning for regional growth strategy 2. Drive NA business forecasting for upcoming months, quarters, and years 3. Develop business cases, growth strategies, and go-to-market plans for prioritized initiatives 4. Identify new levers to increase revenue and work with teams to build those levers into the product 5. Execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional teams 6. Work with Business Analytics to develop simple yet powerful reporting and metrics to track the performance of all our markets. 7. Proactively provide insights based on the trends and data observed in the business to inform future investment decisions for all teams. 8. Publish and maintain a detailed Corridor Prioritization framework to drive investment decisions across Marketing and Product and ensure alignment between the Product and Marketing teams. 9. Identify, scope, and build on market opportunities that drive new customer acquisition and transaction goals. 10. Work in close partnership with Marketing, Analytics, Business Development, Pricing, Product development, and Customer Success teams to bring to market innovative remittance solutions for the specific customer segments.Telecommuting may be available subject to approval by the manager.Must have some experience in:1. Experience in owning growth strategies with a track record of successful product and campaign launches2. Experience in Performance Marketing with the ability to start from a white space problem and develop hypotheses, an analytical framework, and well-written business cases3. Communicate data-based decisions to individual contributors as well as leadership.4. Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Office Suites.
