We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Program Analysis and DevelopmentOversee service level agreements and compliance by ensuring all standards are maintained.Assess and build annual initiatives that provide detailed strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend (in association with Jones Lang LaSalle strategies), and milestone timelines.Provide data analysis and reporting as requiredManage strategic plans by providing recommendations, negotiating contracts in support of Sourcing lead.Manage contract close-out, extension or renewalsDevelop, implement and maintain a supplier diversity program in accordance with client and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.Conduct local and regional performance review meetings, when requested, and, contract complianceSupport corporate or client mandated initiatives by preparing and executing on project plansSupport preparation of budget information for all fixed contracts.Analyze price proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities.Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client/customer satisfactionRelationship ManagementClosely participate with the client and Jones Lang LaSalle team to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations teamKey communication liaison with client team and JLL team providing guidance and counsel on contractual terms.Improve communications with operations team by being proactive and managing internal and external customer expectations.Partner with Legal, Finance and Risk Management on contractual requirements.Program ManagementProvide management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply
