Under general supervision, will provide data analysis to Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to assist in the planning and implementation of programs that improve effectiveness. Cultivates relationships throughout the company (at all levels) that will drive continuous improvement of business processes through ongoing measurement and evaluation. Collaborates with various organizations to conduct data analysis, contributing to project selection and prioritization. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. What you\'ll be responsible for: Provide assistance to and act as a data analysis resource and advisor to Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts in the area of assigned responsibility. Reviews, evaluates, and analyzes production data for trend analysis and recommends process improvements. Supports the efforts of managers to establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you\'ll need to have: Associate degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in conducting data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL. What would be nice for you to have: Bachelor\'s degree. Financial institution experience. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
