Summary:

Facebook is looking for a Business Operations Lead to join its Ads and Business Products, Business Integrity organization.Business Integrity is on a mission to enable trustworthy connections between people and businesses. Decisions made here change the course of Facebook. We target some of the most critical issues facing our company, from election interference and user privacy to coordinated networks of bad actors. These issues require inventive, systems-level solutions that enable the business of Facebook while protecting people against harm.The organization is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join its leadership team, reporting to the Lead of Business Products. This role will work across the organization, to align organizational plans and priorities to its long term business strategy. As a critical part of the team, this role gives you an opportunity to collaborate, drive strategic initiatives, shape communications, and form the culture at all levels of the organization. Due to the global nature of the role, 20% travel may be required.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate with the Lead of Business Products, leadership team, and other key partners to drive strategic priorities for the organization

  2. Drive operational rhythm and use metrics to facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities, and to ensure the leadership team is spending time on the highest priorities

  3. Develop strategic calendar of key deliverables for the organization for each half

  4. Ensure work, people, and resources are aligned against the highest priorities, and escalate as necessary to resolve misalignments

  5. Ensure pre-work for executive meetings is clear and will facilitate intended outcomes, and manage action items

  6. Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications (e.g., Q&A’s, All-Hands, posts, and emails)

  7. Partner with HR to support organizational strategy and priorities, and with the Executive Admin to manage escalations and align org meetings to overall operational rhythm

  8. Liaise with cross-functional partners, including sales, finance, and marketing, to facilitate support for organizational priorities

  9. Represent the view of the Business Integrity organization, as appropriate

  10. Lead ad hoc leadership initiatives as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, or operations

  2. Experience working directly with people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company

  3. Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities

  4. Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience

  5. Experience cultivating internal relationships globally

  6. Experience developing and driving strategy and execution plans

  7. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and in demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
