Join us.The Finance team is responsible for the accounting and financial activities of the organization. Our team shares a passion for analyzing data and furthering education. Our global team works collaboratively with all departments to ensure accurate and timely data, enabling leadership with reliable information to maintain our leading position in EdTech.Responsibilities: *Manage weekly updates CFO/EVP Operations-for leadership team meeting, partnering closely with business operations teams to ensure the entry of updated information *Provides executive level administrative support to the CFO/EVP Operations *Make sure that the action items from the leader are executed, connecting work streams that may remain siloed, link the leader to the broader organization in an effective and efficient way *Focus on making time, information, and decision processes more effective, including identifying key strategic priorities, mapping calendar/time commitments against priorities, mapping stakeholder network and developing engagement plan against strategic priorities *Draft presentations and briefs for meetings/engagements with key internal and external stakeholders *Manage the planning and implementation of quarterly business reviews, partnering to develop agendas and presentations, managing all logistics and communications, and coordinate customer visits etc *Partner with department roll out global meetings and prepare materials necessary to engage with our largest external customers, increasing sales and revenue *Engage with the global finance and operation teams to develop priorities and processes that can be scaled and templated *Partner with the finance and operations team to roll out global meetings and prepare materials necessary to engage with ELT Requirements: *Bachelor's Degree *7+ years of progressively responsible experience as an executive level support, project management or similar type role *Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; including acute emotional intelligence required to effectively communicate the position of the CFO/EVP, Operations on a multitude of issues *Skills necessary for the continual reexamining and reengineering of operations, policies and procedures, as well as those required for the effective and strategic implementation of these initiatives *Developed leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and guide complex, challenging tasks *Sound and strategic judgment vital to make critical administrative and procedural decisions *Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and extreme discretion in frequently working with highly sensitive, propri
