What We DoIn this role you will plan and execute strategic activities and projects that directly support the implementation and optimization of efforts to grow segment-specific sales/revenue/profit/market share. You will partner and collaborates with other functions such as sales, client relations, operations, and product development to identify and create revenue opportunities. Position may require travel. What You'll Do: Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. Establishes relationships with potential clients and connects new clients with the appropriate sales personnel Acts as primary liaison between Business Development and other functional groups to optimize supply of existing and new product offerings and resolves any escalated issues. Engage with corporate/business unit strategy team to identify opportunities for product/technology integration. Participate in strategy development and deployment. Establishes partnerships, identifies needs and opportunities, and manages programs to deliver incremental business. Demonstrates leadership skills in the form of meeting customer needs, challenging customer requests as appropriate, and influencing the decision of customers and internal contacts. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain and demonstrate products and/or services to perspective and current clients; identify ways to integrate solutions to optimize business and technical needs Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to build knowledge of industry and technology trends that impact the marketplace, driving future product roadmap What You'll Bring: Must possess thorough knowledge of company's business unit being represented Consultative skill and creativity to engage customers in new ways Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; presentation skills and ability to convey product value to internal and external audiences Knowledge of MS Office applications Strong attention to detail; organized Strong client service skills Self-disciplined Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks Technical skills/background Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities Ability to persuade and influence others Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunity Typical Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Typical Range of Experience 8-10 years related experience Salary Range: $78,650 - $121,100 Annually.
