Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Technology Process Analyst to join their Development Services team. The role focuses on ensuring software development projects run smoothly by streamlining tooling, processes, and people. The successful candidate will document current technology processes and support efforts to align tools with required practices and controls. This position involves building strong relationships across office locations and embracing new technology and tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Update and create documentation for SDLC and Change Management processes and controls.

• Support tool migration efforts in alignment with SDLC target operating models.

• Gather and refine metrics for SDLC and Change Management processes.

• Provide day-to-day administration for Development Services tools, assisting users with questions and troubleshooting issues.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technology and process improvement.

salary: $33.33 - $33.34 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
