Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) is Amazon's global organization that constantly makes high judgment decisions across a wide breadth of constituents. We work with business partners across the organization to find and close gaps that lead to abuse and create and enforce selling policies that help ensure we have a fair marketplace. Our product and program managers work hand in hand with our engineering and science partners to develop and implement innovative solutions that help Sellers become successful and stop bad actors at scale, globally.We are seeking a candidate who loves solving complex problems, is passionate about stopping bad actors and protecting customers. Plus, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of being able to successfully identify a solution, prepare a plan and execute it with strong results.Basic Qualifications* Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience* 3+ years of program management experience, leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.* 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency analyzing data, creating dashboard and business reports using SQL.* Proven experience writing scripts using SQL, extracting and analyzing the data to provide precise reports to stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.* Proven superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.* Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
