The Selling Partner Premium Services (SPPS) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.The SPPS Program Management team is responsible for building robust processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with dependent teams to improve tools and systems for internal and external customers. As a business analyst, you will develop, standardize, and report on data which drives efficiency and scalability for the SPPS Program. You will work closely with business intelligence, operations, marketing, and Retail to improve the Selling Partner experience and drive business results through continuous improvement.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. You are also have a history of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.* 2+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role.* 1+ years of experience with ETL and writing scripts using SQL, extracting and analyzing data to provide precise reports to stakeholders.* Proven experience and expertise in any visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quicksight, PowerBI, etc.* Advanced capabilities with productivity software such as Excel and Access.* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with both technical and business audiences.* Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
