Jack Henry is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the Information & Cyber Security department. The individual will work under general supervision supporting various tasks within the Business Information Security Office. This position will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting key metrics and reports that will drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a good eye for processes, an attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism in their communication. This position will be filled to work Remotely within the United States. What you\'ll be responsible for: Supports the metrics, analytics and reporting solutions of security systems, policies, and procedures to prevent system compromise or infiltration. Develop, implement, and maintain key metrics and Dashboards leveraging technology such as PowerBI, Google Looker. Optimize reporting from various data collection systems and use various strategies to improve efficiency and quality of data. Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of information and cyber security reports. Develop new information and cyber security reports and metrics and enhance existing reporting. Create reports that provide insights into key data points. Effectively communicate the result of the reports to various levels of senior leadership Create and develop routine and ad-hoc reports. Work with departments and senior management to assess and evaluate reporting needs. Develop written reports and summaries of reports for internal and external sources. Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis, and evaluation. Ensure that reports support the overall scope of organization\'s business objectives. Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you\'ll need to have: Minimum of 6 years of experience in any combination of: compliance, risk management, information security, corporate policy analysis, information technology, information security, or corporate governance. Must have relevant experience in data analytics including data management, data analysis and information systems. Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have: Bachelor\'s degree. Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports. Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of information security as it applies to and impacts the organization. Familiarity with tools and technologies used for data analysis and reporting. Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills. Familiarity with best practices in corporate governance, risk, and compliance (i.e. NIST framework / CIS security controls)Able to create executive-level results documentation and presentations.
