This position will help define, document, configure and test enhancements for our Single Family Lending systems. The ideal candidate is customer focused and dedicated to providing solutions that meet our business objectives.Job DetailsPRIMARY FUNCTIONS:* Work with business customers to analyze, troubleshoot and escalate business system needs* Configure business rules based on business requirements.* Identify and document business and technical requirements* Determine, document and communicate the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes* Prepare and execute testing and data validation of new development and enhancements* Assist team in planning and installing enhancement or new development in production* Support the training team in the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids and other materials for application users* Lead cross functional teams to deliver small projectsQUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum of four (4) years as a Business Analyst demonstrating consistent growth and achievements* Experience with Loan Origination Systems and/or Loan Servicing Systems such as MSP and IBS.* Experience creating business rules using scripting tools* Ability to quickly learn and understand our organization, environment and processes* Demonstrated achievement in applying technology solutions to business issues in a timely manner* Excellent organizational and analytical skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise and timely communication* Strong interpersonal skills and meeting facilitation experience* Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment* Proven ability to handle complex issues across multiple business groups* Experience managing small projects* Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and/or other process diagramming and project planning tools desired.This Position Description may not be limited to the Functions and Requirements as outlined, now or in the future.
