Job Title: Building Facilities Program ManagerJob Description

Our client is searching for a project manager to work with a global real estate services company to service a high-profile retail client in the Seattle area. This program involves managing a budget of $30 million and overseeing a team of project managers completing facility improvement projects nationwide. The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the program, meeting deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Position Goals: - Oversee the entire Capex program, ensuring all projects are executed according to scope, budget, and timeline - Manage the $30 million budget, tracking expenses and ensuring proper allocation of funds - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and create project plans - Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to the client and executive team - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Monitor project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions - Prepare and present reports on program status, including budget performance, schedule adherence, and project milestones - Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Hard Skills

  • 3-5 Years experience in facilities project management

  • Knowledge and understanding of facilities construction and construction scopes and verbiage

  • Experience with budgeting, permitting, managing purchase orders, and managing a wide scope of projects

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid - 3 Days/Week in Nordstrom headquarters - downtown.
