Building Controls Associate Account Executive (Sales Development Program): This is where you come in. We're seeking a Building Controls Associate Account Executive to join our Sales Development Program (SDP), an entry-level role designed to provide a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience. During your first year, you'll immerse yourself in operations, project workflows, and technical knowledge of building automation systems (BAS). Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and sales teams, you'll gain the skills and expertise needed to build a successful career in sales and account management. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Learning & Development Immerse yourself in the company's operations, processes, and workflows to build a comprehensive understanding of building automation systems (BAS). Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to learn about system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Participate in training sessions and earn certifications in BAS technologies, including controls, energy management, and smart building solutions. Shadow senior sales representatives to understand client engagement, proposal development, and account management best practices. Operational Support Assist in project coordination and documentation to gain hands-on experience with project lifecycles and deliverables.
