The program is laser focused on equipping Advisors with the foundational technical knowledge, business development capability and on-the-job experiences needed to reach their true potential.Who you are Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, you will be a critical part of the Learning & Development team, collaborating with Leaders and Senior Advisors to deliver on clearly defined success outcomes. You will have specific accountability for the design, delivery and assessment of training nationally, ensuring learning effectiveness and application.You will work in partnership with the Program Manager, Acceleration Trainer/Coach (USA) and other key internal stakeholders including Managing Directors, Brokerage and other People Services professionals.What you bringProgressive and successful career in a Commercial Real Estate BrokerageExperience coaching sales professionals for long term successExcellent communication skillsProfessional and polished approachAbility to coach and work as part of a team using technology, remotelyUndergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business or another relevant field, or the equivalent work experienceBonus skills and experienceTech Savvy - leveraging technology to drive business developmentA proven track record of success as a Commercial Real Estate BrokerWhat success looks likeA go to point of contact, you will be an aspirational figure to participants, and provide feedback and training to contribute to their accelerated success.You will successfully develop relevant blended learning content for delivery through e-learning and virtual in-person workshops, working collaboratively with the Program Manager, Brokerage Leadership and SMEs.You will deliver best-in-class training workshops that supports Brokers to achieve their full potential#LI-ON1BE who you are and what you want to be with Colliers.
