Boeing is currently looking for a Senior Quality Multi-Family Manager to join their team in Seattle, WA . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Quality organization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

A successful Senior Quality Manager will have extensive experience in Quality operations, process improvement, audits, Quality Management System (QMS), regulatory compliance, and employee development/talent management. They will be a strategic planner, designer, and integration specialist, continuing to build and mature the Quality Administration and Oversight Team. The candidate will be focused on QMS functional excellence, process improvements, standardization, and BGS QMS compliance. They will be responsible for leading and designing cross functional approaches and solutions using strategic vision and relationships across the business. Position Responsibilities:

  • Overarching BGS quality improvements and standardization for core quality services, the QMS, process documentation & compliance, internal audits, data analysis, process improvements, and utilization of; RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action), BPSM (Boeing Problem Solving Model), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), LEAN, and other tools to support strengthening the QMS.

  • Develop strategy for integration of quality oversite and guidance through developing relationships and understanding of goals, processes, and analysis.

  • Developing a holistic integrated strategy to capture, store and view BGS Quality data, perform predictive analytics and ultimately machine learning

  • BGS Lean CoP: assure alignment of the BGS overarching strategy, operationalizing improvements, developing strategies and initiatives to meet goals and objectives.

  • Participate in enterprise collaborative teams and counsel activities.

  • Close collaboration and working together with peers across BGS Total Quality

  • Help lead the execution of Strengthening the BGS QMS and the inter relationship with the Safety Management System (SMS)

  • Implementing the future vision of BGS Total Quality

  • Oversight of BGS Quality Risk Management, process compliance, metrics dashboards, QMS internal audit, product surveillances, and regulatory compliance with respect to domestic and international QMS’s and subsidiaries

  • Ownership and administering of the BGS QMS, Quality Manual compliance, process documentation management, and growing the experience and talent of quality representatives throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of formal leadership to influence change

  • 5+ years in Quality Compliance, FAA or DCMA interface support, Quality Systems Auditing and Quality Process Auditing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Change Agent

  • Clear communicator

  • Servant Leader

  • QMS Auditing & Root Cause Corrective Action experience

  • AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO9001 and EASA experience and understanding.

  • 5+ years of knowledge leading and managing a Quality Management System

  • SQL, Tableau, and statistical software tools familiarization and/or use

  • Exceptional Organizational skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Must have minimum 5 years’ experience (equivalent combination of required education and management experience in a manufacturing environment)

Summary Pay Range: $106,470- $197,730
