RSM's Microsoft Power Factory is seeking an AI leader to build a holistic AI practice. In this leadership role, you will formulate our AI business strategy, develop AI market offerings, advise on transformation, and guide clients through AI adoption aligned with their strategies. Leveraging deep technical expertise in advanced AI technologies like generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning, you will create impactful solutions while articulating the value proposition to senior executives. You will be responsible for building and growing our AI practice from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with leadership, business units, and technical teams to identify opportunities where AI can create value, drive efficiencies, and improve client services Develop a comprehensive, multi-year AI strategy and roadmap aligned to build and lead a team to grow a business Build client facing AI offers and land it to the market with our business development organization and leadership Collaborate with engineering and solutions team to oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to our customers Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscape to recommend new innovations and investments Build strategic partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to constantly keep in line with new innovations Develop AI project business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI models Develop AI Advisory services and AI engineering teams for the Power Factory Develop internal AI driven tools to help augment and improve client service, both with speed and efficiency as well as quality considerations Basic Qualifications: 5+ years leading AI/ML strategy and solution development 15+ years of professional experience in Cloud, Data Science, or another relevant technical field Extensive business and technical acumen to understand AI market trends, adoption, vendor strategies, and formulate holistic plans Strong collaborator with experience in working in multi-discipline environment Exceptional at navigating ambiguity and rapid change Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise across AI/ML technologies: Machine Learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, Generative AI 5+ years' experience in client service - management/technology consulting Proficiency with the Microsoft AI product suite Masters in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or MBA with technology experience At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
