Description
This role is responsible for ensuring the technical roles in the AWS Partner field organization are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively support the business priorities. Additionally, this role will work closely with our AWS Partner Training & Certification team to deliver on a scalable strategy with governance for technical enablement for our AWS Partners. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of technology and business dynamics with the ability to synthesize field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive enablement motion. This individual will work closely across cross functional organizations (ex: AWS World Wide Field Technical Enablement and AWS Partner Geo teams) to assess the current state of Partner SA readiness and drive and deliver on the strategy needed across employee and manager roles. This individual will track key performance indicators to help support the future state of each development workstream and ensure success. You’ll have an opportunity to leverage your enthusiasm for technology to build tools and mechanisms to deliver scalable solutions, all while establishing positive stakeholder and partner relationships to deliver key outcomes for the business.

• A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.

Key job responsibilities
• Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of cross-functional enablement programs supporting Partner Solution Architects.
• Experience working effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders (technical, sales, business development) bringing together a cross functional team to deliver results.
• Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with Field PSA leadership etc. Translate business needs into training offerings and programs.
• Participate in the development of training content working with cross-organizational teams to identify and develop core technical enablement/curriculum targeted at technical roles in the field.
• Plan and participate in Train-the-trainer activities, including but not limited to: onboarding and continuous learning needs for the PSA teams.
• Manage the global PSA enablement efforts across the internal/external partner enablement calendar.
• Develop and maintain an effective governance process focused on providing timely and targeted content and continuously improving the PSA knowledge transfer and learning needs.
• Design and implement metrics to measure impact.
• Review and manage the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
4+ years experience in designing and driving successful enablement programs at scale
6+years of program/product management experience in the industry
Experience engaging and influencing technical and business decision makers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
Extensive experience in Program/ Project Management experience managing enterprise level projects
Proven success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex environment
Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute
Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
