We are a diverse, innovative team that loves translating data, insights, and anecdotes into action.About the RoleThe Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team is looking for a Sales Analytics & Insights Lead to understand customer trends and uncover new market opportunities. We leverage large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Our goal is to create metrics and measure success of programs, build automated mechanisms for internal planning, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers in their journey to the cloud.You should apply if you are passionate about data analysis, extracting and manipulating data using SQL and AWS native tools to build for scalability and conduct analysis. You will have strong communication and project management skills to work with key stakeholders and business partners, understand requirements, and deliver analytics products. You should also be able to demonstrate analytical thinking, business acumen, and a knack for working backwards from the customer's needs in a cross-functional environment. We encourage our team members to partner with their managers to strike the right balance.* 5+ years of experience at a management consulting company, investment bank, or technology company in Sales BI, Finance or related quantitative functions* Experience with advanced functions in MS Excel* Experience with data analysis tools such as QuickSight, Salesforce, Tableau, and OneView* Comfortable extracting and manipulating large datasets with SQL* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management* Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following methods: data analysis/visualization, financial modeling, statistical modeling* Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables* Bachelor's degree in STEM d
