Our Global Technology Team is seeking an AWS Alliance Program Activation Sr. Associate to be responsible for the growth of our partnership business with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ACE/APN (AWS Partner Network) process, including data input, validation, quality assurance, and management through to closure. This role is pivotal in routing all inbound opportunities and inquiries to the appropriate Slalom teams, ensuring detailed monthly reporting on all opportunities in the pipeline, and driving continual process improvement. Collaboration with AWS teams to ensure accuracy and consistency, as well as creating and maintaining essential program documentation are key aspects of this role. What You'll Do * Manage the end-to-end ACE/APN process including data input, validation, QA, and management to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes. * Efficiently route all inbound opportunities and inquiries to appropriate Slalom teams, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration. * Conduct detailed monthly reporting on all opportunities in the pipeline, providing insights and updates to stakeholders. * Drive continual process improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with AWS teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with partnership goals. * Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including process flows and stakeholder information, to support operational excellence. * Work independently in an ambiguous environment, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex problems. * Exhibit strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to achieve operational goals. * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Contribute to the growth of top-funnel sales and revenue activities through innovative strategies and dedicated efforts. * Express a keen desire to grow and learn more about the partnership between Slalom and AWS, showing a passion for driving success and achieving results. What You'll Bring * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a program role, with at least 3 years of experience working with cloud hyperscalers, preferably AWS. * Proven experience in managing multiple, discrete tasks to a successful conclusion. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with clients. * Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to challenges. * A passion for helping grow top-of-funnel sales and revenue activities, with a focus on achieving long-term success. * A desire to grow and learn more about a top partnership for both Slalom and AWS, About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
