Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Experience with research and discovery.

• Experience arguing motions and drafting motions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation (defense or plaintiff).

• Experience in class action litigation a plus!

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Must adhere to professional ethics and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Must stay updated with current laws and regulations within the field of law practice.
