You will be rolling up your sleeves to help service our quickly growing list of customers. We utilize a new, end-to-end title operations process for servicing our customers. Simultaneously, you'll collaboratively identify product and technical opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of our new process. You will be an integral part in testing and iterating on these processes while assisting commercial, national title transactions. You will help lead the servicing of our quickly growing list of customers. You will be in an operational leadership role, helping drive the customer experience across hundreds of transactions by ensuring all communication and tasks are being completed at the highest level. Simultaneously, you'll collaboratively identify product and technical opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of our new processes. You will be an integral part in testing and iterating on these processes while helping drive all of our commercial title transactions across the country. As an Associate Transaction Manager, you will: Drive commercial real estate transactions from open to post-closing. Serve as the primary communication liaison between customers and the service team. Ensure all transaction-related tasks are being logged and completed in a timely fashion. Coordinate and oversee shared team communications via multiple platforms. Find answers for issues raised by clients and by team members. Collaborate with underwriting, transaction management, and other team members to deliver superior customer service. Work on a remote team using technology and virtual communication. Utilize data for decision making and continual process improvements.
