Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Research Assistant - Administrative in Seattle, Washington

Description Associate Research Assistant - Administrative - Swedish Cherry Hill SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7a-6p PST. 8-hour shifts. Once training period is completed, there may be flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week. Must live in the greater Seattle area.* This ENTRY level, administrative position is focused on Research Regulatory work, both electronic and paper. It would include directly assisting four staff members and working with the broader Research department. Ideally, we would like to see the person who inhabits this role become a Regulatory Coordinator. We have a great career ladder, supportive leadership and colleagues, and are looking to invest in a new team member. Daily activities may include: Filing paper in binders E-Filing documents in Florence Pulling paper and electronic files for monitors and staff Aiding in archiving Creating Regulatory documents, aiding in IRB submission Required qualifications: 6 months prior related experience. Preferred qualifications: Coursework/Training: Additional coursework in science or healthcare, or enrolled in scientific/healthcare course of study. Previous administrative experience Experience with MS Office suite and web based filing systems Why Join Providence?
