Certified public accountant, chartered accountant, or licensed attorney
Undergraduate in accounting, finance or business related field preferred
Master in taxation or JD with LLM in tax preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical tax information to both tax and non-tax customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; organized and attentive to details; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong problem solving skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers across the finance organization.
Ability to identify and implement ideas for process improvement; demonstrated experience with applying technical tax knowledge to improve analysis.
Knowledge of accounting systems and processes.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Add-in tools to streamline data connections with ERP and Tax applications a plus. Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office Applications (Word, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).
Displays initiative and has the ability to improve processes and document work performed.
Proficient with tax reporting software (OneSource Income Tax, Longview Tax experience preferred); working knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools (Oracle/HFM experience preferred).
Proficient with data transformation, analytics and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, preferred; aptitude to learn new digital automation tools.
Proficient in material tax issues requiring detailed and/or complex research and analysis (e.g., depreciation, tax method changes, ASC 740, hedging, etc.).
