  • Offer services to clients in the strategy, set-up and transition and transformation of their capability to deliver major programs and projects both in the US and globally, with a market leading client base across all sectors.
  • Drive the expansion of the US team particularly branching out into other exciting sectors including US Defense.  
  • Work within a team to advise clients on large and complex infrastructure projects as well as the defense sector business line.
  • Conduct assessments of client organizations' maturity with respect to program and project delivery frameworks.
  • Provide recommendations, based on industry best practices, to organizations with which to improve and optimize the delivery of their programs and projects.
  • Understand organizational strategy and planning, support clients with the development of new operating models to help align strategic objectives with resource / organizational requirements and processes.  
  • Provide advice to clients in the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) structures to support their program and project management requirements.
  • Support the conduct of risk management workshops and framework development for client organizations.
  • Provide organizational and strategic leadership best practices to client senior leadership, as applicable.
  • Based on defense / military expertise, provide support to the emerging US defense sector initiative while looking at business generation opportunities within defense as well as helping to tailor the Program Advisory service proposition to defense sector needs. 
  • Lead programs and/or projects within the infrastructure sector (Energy, Defense, Rail, Airports, Highways, Water / Utilities). 
  • Work in complex, fast paced, multi-stakeholder environments which require proactive coordination to ensure project success.
  • Deliver solutions and provide advice to senior organizational leadership.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management and 6 years of experience in job offered or 6 years of experience as a Sr. Project Manager or any other job title performing the following job duties:

As a lead planner, provide clear direction, guidance, and priorities, as required, to cross-functional planning teams. 

Lead planning to provide options and recommendations for enhancing joint capability development.

Conduct strategic-level planning and analysis with the Services (Army, Navy, Air Force), other Command-level organizations, including civilian-led components, in support of joint capability development. 

Coordinate and lead cross-functional working groups to identify constraints and requirements related to joint capability development.

Analyze and evaluate institutional-level capability development processes to increase efficiencies and improve decision-making at strategic-level governance boards.

Lead cross-functional planning teams in the development of multi-national exercises and operational plans, as applicable, in support of organizational objectives.

Lead and conduct joint level (Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Operations) wargaming (plan review) to ensure that operational plans are refined, integrated, and synchronized across all joint force components.

Deal with complexity by leading concurrent planning efforts while meeting key planning and execution milestones such as planning conferences and exercise start dates. 

Support senior leadership by providing advice and recommendations on key talking points in preparation for Commander-level engagements with allies and other stakeholders. 

Define and develop strategic-level stakeholder management plans in support of planning efforts.

Support handover and transition of plans for delivery and execution of exercises and/or operations.
