Looking for an Assistant PM to assist the PM once they land new account. This individual would need to have a high attention to detail, organization, strong in multi-tasking, problem solving, taking initiative, and communication with clients and colleagues. The position would be handling communication, client purchase orders, tracking, billing, inventory management, and reporting with an international Fortune 500 company who is rapidly expanding. The position has great growth opportunities and education in the electrical/lighting industry.
Job: Place purchase orders with venders and follow up on them.
Track all shipments and get delivery dates.
Relay information to customers
Running a descending balance sheet for the job (good with numbers).
Looking up product information and cut sheets.
