UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager on 7NE/Oncology. This position is open to current UWMC experienced Registered Nurses. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides professional nursing care; provides leadership for specific program areas and unit functions such as developing education programs, acting as clinical resource for staff, and coordinating daily operations; and assists the Nurse Manager to develop, maintain, and evaluate the on-going operations of the unit.

SCHEDULE 90%, day/night rotation.

REQUIREMENTS Current UWMC RN, BSN or enrolled in BSN program, at least two years of current/recent oncology nursing experience, excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills required. Leadership and charge nurse experience required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS Washington State RN license required.
