Join one of the world's leading machining companies as an Application Engineer in Oregon. Role can be based out of anywhere in the state and will need to travel locally up to 80% of the time and occasionally out of state. It is an hourly role that pays for time driving to client sites and is eligible for overtime pay.

Ideal candidates will have experience with programming and running CNC machines and can troubleshoot and perform repairs. This is a direct hire opportunity with generous monthly allowances and additional benefits.

responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and machining processes

• Setup CNC machines with program, tooling and fixtures

• Generate engineering studies for process and turnkey client applications

• Setup and program CMM machinery

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on projects and services

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with CNC Programming and hands on fabrication experience

• Must be willing to travel locally up to 80% of the time and 20% of the time overnight

• Must have a reliable vehicle and acceptable driving record
