The Applications Analyst within the Jack Henry Contact Center acts as a liaison between the customer and the installation team within a specific area of specialty. This individual is responsible for all aspects of installing new or enhanced software applications including customer preparation and post-installation training and support. This position can be worked out of our Springfield, MO or Monett, MO offices or remotely throughout the U.S. What you\'ll be responsible for: Provides remote or on-site software installation services. Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional. Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers\' existing products and consults with the customer to map current system to the JH product. Responsible for providing timeline updates and updates on various issues to Project Manager. Regularly partner directly with financial institutions and internal customers. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you\'ll need to have: Minimum of 18 months of experience in a consolidated contact center or support/installation role. What would be nice for you to have: Bachelor\'s degree. Able to successfully install new or enhanced software applications. Developing professional expertise. Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices. Able to regularly communicate and provide outstanding service and training to customers on software applications. Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
