Job Summary The Alternative Payments Methodology (APM) and Contracts Coordinator is a key contributor in the Alternative Payment and Contract team and will provide project and programmatic coordination for the department. This position is responsible for collecting, tracking, monitoring and distributing Provider Letter of Agreements (LOAs) related metric and payment processing and reporting throughout the Contracting team, as well as general program support for contracting team and oversight of member incentive programs. Essential Responsibilities Provide program support to the APM and Contracting department. Coordinate the tracking, monitoring of LOA's and related metrics. Maintain, update and monitor for LOA tracking sheet. Support data collection and analysis needs of APM and Contracting. Coordinate the organization's standard contracting process for providers. Identify and contact potential providers for inclusion in network, including initiatives pertaining to member access and geographic expansion. Coordinate and produce One-Time Agreements. Coordinate production and execution of standard contracts with Provider Services staff. Ensure all necessary contract information is directed to Provider Services staff for provider data file entry and maintenance. Responsible for administration of Contract Management System. Administer member incentive programs for all CCOs, as needed. Support the member and provider incentive programs as developed by Contracting team and serve as primary liaison with various other CareOregon departments (Information Services, Finance, System Configuration, Credentialing and others). Oversee and maintain process for CMS regulatory reporting (PQRS etc.). Coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and track Medicare activities, processes and/or contractual obligations related to the needs of the line of business. Collect, prepare and maintain reporting needs for APM and Contracting Teams. Identify, research and resolve systems issues working with internal and external customers. Assist in the preparation and distribution of APM funds to appropriate provider partners. Support Provider Relations Specialist on contracting projects, as needed. Establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders contacted in the course of work. Collect, review, prepare and distribute appropriate materials for meetings as assigned. Initiate data collection, maintain related data bases and use word processing and spreadsheet software to produce reports, documents, spreadsheets, charts and graphs. Collaborate with others within the organization to ensure the integration of assigned program activities with other organizational programs as directed.
