[Duties:]{.underline} Type 45 wpm, professionally answer multi-line telephones, Quickly & Accurately, Provide [Excellent Customer Service]{.underline}; Quality Focus; Take messages - data entry; Assist callers completely with requests, Follow up with clear documentation of all activity; Dispatch messages via computer, telephone, email & fax (on computer aided dispatch system); Conflict resolve, Communicate with Medical Providers; other miscellaneous clerical duties. Providing excellent experiences with EVERY call.
[Qualifications:]{.underline} Must have computer experience -- All work done on computers. Type at least 45wpm. Speak & Read English excellently. Have an excellent speaking/phone voice. Strong Customer Service Experience. Needs to have a good work ethic with a personal commitment to integrity based interactions. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure and during times of high call volume. Pay attention to details. Professional, Excellent listening skills, Team player, Dependable.
