Our well-respected Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia services for patients requiring surgery and any other procedures requiring an anesthetic. This position will provide care in our downtown Seattle location.

Responsibilities

  • Hospital-employed positions

  • Team-based anesthesia care model

  • Diverse caseload, including obstetrics in our new Virginia Mason Birth Center

  • Research-based patient care protocols -

  • Patient-focused care with attention to patient safety, quality, & comfort - Predictable work schedule, minimal call

Qualifications

  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License

  • Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

  • Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures

  • Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations

Team Details

Our collegial Anesthesia team includes 40 CRNAs, 35 Anesthesiologists, and a support crew of anesthesia technicians. Pay Range

$115.38 - $126.00 /hour
