Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial Analyst Relations (AR) program lead to drive its AWS Cloud Operations, Management + Governance AR program. This person will develop and execute an AR program to accelerate the education of industry analysts, effectively communicate key AWS differentiators when it comes centralized operations management, application management, and governance in the cloud, and drive third-party analyst insight back into the business.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Cloud Operations, Management + Governance AR program to educate and influence the analyst community

• Identify and work with internal teams to select compelling customer stories to highlight and share with analysts in new, unique, and compelling ways

• Build and maintain productive relationships with top-tier analysts and influencers specializing in various aspects of cloud management + governance including Cloud Operations, centralized operations management, DevOps, ITSM, FinOps, governance, and controls

• Deliver on-going AR program activities such as analyst briefings, inquiries, events, webinars, and reporting results

• Prioritize and manage incoming requests for information, research reviews, customer references, event speakers, and research

• Maintain real-time and accurate records of analyst engagement in order to communicate business value and identify areas for improvement

• Drive alignment with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize awareness of analyst insight, customer feedback, market trends, and AR program impact

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
