As a part of the Global People Team (GPT), People Experience, Insights & Analytics drives work through the lens of data & analytics and supports leaders in integrating data into key people decisions. The Analysts will work to develop reporting solutions using visualization tools and techniques to provide insights throughout the employee journey. Focus of this role will be on data preparation, visualization & storytelling, and combining industry best practices with organizational insights.
