Seattle Children’s Hospital Advancement Systems Technical Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Work in a team environment to enhance Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation & Guild Association's technology systems. This position combines proficient technical programming skills and experience in analyzing and integrating with third-party tools to support and extend the needs of end users. This position will develop custom dashboards, reports, and queries that transforms data into actionable insights that lead to more data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of CRM customizations, as well as strategizing ways to improve business processes. Job Posting Addendum: To be eligible for remote work, candidate must reside in Washington, Alaska, Montana, Texas, Florida, or Georgia. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training. Minimum of three (3) years experience data analysis, reporting or analytics with the ability to query data and build custom views. Experience creating reports in Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS or other reporting tool. Minimum three (3) years of experience with SQL and preferably MS SQL Server, and a strong understanding of T-SQL concepts. Minimum three (3) years of experience developing with an object-oriented language such as VB, .NET or C#, HML, CSS, XML. Experience leading successful improvement projects; full cycle from initiation to project close. Preferred: Experience developing custom features for Blackbaud CRM using Blackbaud's Software Development Kit (SDK), and familiarity with Visual Studio. Knowledge of data modeling and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence. Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL. Understanding of stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and query optimization techniques. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Familiarity with healthcare philanthropy. Experience working in Advancement/fundraising organization or environment. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,073.60 - $126,110.40 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
