Job Summary This position is responsible for daily operational oversight and supervision of Advanced Illness staff in order to ensure the highest level of compliance and quality care is provided. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, patient advocacy, implementation and ongoing assessment of patient care needs, monitoring patient/family satisfaction, data collection, process improvement, policy and procedure development and compliance. Essential Responsibilities Operations Leads the daily work of the Advanced Illness team, and act as a resource for staff as a clinical expert. Ensures daily activities are being assigned, monitored, scheduled, and coordinated across the team.
