Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support III professional to perform a variety of administrative functions. The role includes scheduling appointments with Sr.leaders, managing travel arrangements, supporting all-staff meetings, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports for conferences and other events. The candidate may also assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. This position requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role involves performing a variety of complicated tasks and may include directing and leading the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with Sr. leaders.
Manage travel arrangements.
Support all-staff meetings.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports for conferences and events.
Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Perform a variety of complicated tasks.
Direct and lead the work of others as needed.
Essential Skills
High school diploma.
At least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong administrative skills.
Experience with expense reporting, particularly using Concur.
Proficiency in calendaring and scheduling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with accommodations for people with disabilities and arranging accessible travel (nice to have).
Work Environment
This position is onsite 5 days a week, based out of Day1. The business group focuses on accessibility for devices and services and plays a leading role in accessibility initiatives.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.25/hr.
