Date Posted: 8/30/22Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant II in our Seattle, WA office.ResponsibilitiesProvide general office administrative support including directing in-coming calls and filing.Assist with project administration that includes document production on MS Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat and document shipping.Provide editorial and formatting support for proposals, project reports, deliverables, and other marketing materials and correspondence.Assist with writing and editing reports.Support vendor/subcontractor procurement and invoicing, supply purchasing, and expense reporting.Collaborate with team members to meet client quality and schedule goals.Support with marketing and business development proposals including graphic support.Qualifications3 - 5 years of experience providing administrative assistant duties.Experience providing support in the consulting industry and/or producing technical documents strongly desired.Associates degree or higher preferred.Experience editing and preparing business or technical documentation preferred.Experience with accounting software a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat (reader and writer).
