Position Title: Administrative - Program Coordinator IIIPosition Number: 370562Location: Seattle, WA 98101Position Type: TemporaryRequired Skill Set:Communications, Google, MS ExcelPosition Description:**Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.**Title: Administrative - Program Coordinator IIILocation: Seattle, WADuration: 7/5/2021 - 12/31/2021Job Description:• We are a team of technical program managers (TPMs) responsible for managing security initiatives for the Client Infrastructure.Job Description/Scope: (day-to-day)• Create and maintain timelines for projects, inform the team of upcoming deliverables and flag risks.• Formalize the intake process for inbound requests, follow-up on action items and track to completion.• Plan for and help teams coordinate periodic internal audits.• Create monthly/quarterly roll-up status updates.• Assist team with developing metrics dashboards and presentations.QUALIFICATIONS (DETAILED FOCUS POINTS):• Strong written English communication skills, strong organizational skillsWhat is driving the need for this resource• Project coordination work spike due to several projects transitioning to run-it maintenance mode until closure/disengagement.
