All applications will be reviewed towards all current course openings.We are currently hiring adjunct instructors to teach the following courses at these specific campus locations:Honolulu, HI CampusWEAX 201 - MeteorologyENGL 106 - Introduction to CompositionSan Diego, CA CampusPHYS 102 - Exploration in PhysicsMATH 106 - Basic AlgebraMATH 111 - Pre-Calculus for AviationMATH 112 - Applied Calculus for AviationSan Francisco, CA CampusRSCH 202 - Introduction to Research MethodsSTAT 211 - Statistics with Aviation ApplicationsSavannah, GA CampusRSCH 202 - Introduction to Research MethodsSeattle, WA CampusECON 210 - MicroeconomicsMATH 112 - Applied Calculus for AviationSTAT 211 - Statistics with Aviation ApplicationsQualificationsPreference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:Terminal degree in the field of expertiseVerifiable professional experience in the subject disciplineContemporary experience working in the aviation/aerospace industryWe are especially interested in applicants who hold a terminal degree (Ph.D., DBA, JD, etc.) in the area in which they desire to teach and who have direct experience related to the course content.Individuals finishing their doctoral work or holding a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the related discipline and demonstrated teaching experience may be considered. (Note: We cannot consider applicants who do not have the minimum of an earned Master's degree).Applicants must complete all questions on the application prior to their submission being reviewed.**Once hired, adjunct instructors are contracted to teach course-by-course and term-by-term. There is no guarantee that a course contract will be offered; it is dependent on the needs of the university.
