The Acquisitions Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the AMER pipeline of requests for payment to vendors associated with data center purchase transactions and other special projects and urgent payments, including appraisal fees, wetland credits or rezoning fees. This critical role oversees the manual processes of ingestion of payment requests from Transactions Managers into the appropriate payment tool, confirms the availability of CAR funds, raises POs as needed and liaises with Accounts Payable to ensure that funds are delivered timely for closings or other critical transactions. In addition to real estate transactions, this role is the primary POC for payments for the DC Divest purchases. The requirements for this role include interpreting contracts and other related documentation and requirements and partnering with key stakeholders to help ensure accurate and timely payments. The Acquisitions Portfolio Manager audits its processes to ensure they are in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms on a regular cadence. This role also supports contract and payment inquiries/issues for internal and external customers.

Basic Qualifications

• AA degree or Certifications in Business, Commercial Real Estate Management or related experience

• Minimum two years working with lease administration software

• Minimum three years working at, or consulting for a Commercial Real Estate company

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields

• Seven or more years of experience in lease administration software

• Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts

• Understand of lease administration processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
