Hiring hourly range: $21 - $23 (hourly/salary rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).

The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, however, various hours may be required based on business demand.

As a ACD Administrator, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:

All aspects of regulated and non-regulated asset and data management throughout the site, including, but not limited to, onboarding, maintaining, and revising data, as well as initiating and tracking of equipment changes. You will act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all asset management changes performed in Electronic Asset Management System (CMMS).

Work closely with various teams to support work process and project-related tasks. Serve as the subject matter expert for asset Add, Change, Delete (ACD) workflows and entry along with associated processes. Provide crucial project support for facility and laboratory teams. Assist project teams by providing asset information to properly update financial registers and other related systems.

As an Asset Program Administrator, you will perform many daily duties, including:

  • Performing data remediation at Groton campus for regulated and non–Regulated equipment.

  • Manage all onboarded equipment within CMMS from arrival to decommission/storage.

  • Submitting requests to add new and remove decommissioned equipment to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.

  • Working with contractors and team members to locate equipment during monthly and yearly testing, as well as new installs and corrective maintenance.

  • Recording and maintaining results within asset management system per contractor’s reports and field findings.

  • Building asset hierarchy for systems and maintain data within database for all sites use as well as assign department’s charge code to individual assets for accurate work order charge back.

  • Submitting work orders for Add, Change, Delete (ACD) forms on customer’s behalf.

  • Scheduling with moving team for delivery, removal, and relocation of assets.

Communication

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint

  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone

  • Ability to work closely with customer during site emergencies.

  • Excellent oral and written communications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e., listening to customer needs, articulating path forward and giving solutions that provide value to the customer, etc.

  • Accurately document electronic and paper cataloging system to provide information to customer or regulatory personnel.

  • Strive for quick complaint resolution; to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues through operational knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.

  • Experience with asset management in any industry (tagging and data entry).

  • Working knowledge of a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) such as EAMS, MAXIMO, or related database systems.

  • Experience with application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, data entry, scanning, uploading, and filing data and documents into Document Management System

  • Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.

  • Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.

  • Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.

  • Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

  • This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

Some physical/special requirements include:

  • Regularly lift to 50 lbs

  • Regularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding

  • Repetitive motions: bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement

  • Walk extensively throughout the plant during shift

  • Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions

  • Ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding

  • Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.

  • Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment.

Preferred Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, Construction Management, or Facilities Management or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in work order management.

  • Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses.

  • Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams.

  • Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
