What's the Opportunity?Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time accounts payable specialist, based out of Seattle headquarters for Accounts Payable support across multiple disciplines including engineering, sciences, planning, and technical and support services. Responsibilities:Perform day to day processing and data entry of vendor invoices including GL coding with supporting documentation and approvalsAudit and process employee expense reports weekly for paymentProcess vendor weekly paymentsHandle vendor inquiry; statement and invoice researchMaintain vendor information, 1099 and small business informationReconcile GL accounts, petty cash accountsReconcile monthly company credit cards and audit for supporting documentation What Are We Looking For? Ideal candidates will have the following: An Associate degree is preferred or one to two years related accounting experience. Candidates with prior accounting experience in a professional services firm will be given the highest consideration Proficient with Deltek/Vantagepoint or any similar project accounting software. Strong MS Word and Excel skills Self-motivated, resourceful, and intuitive Works well individually and with a team What Can You Expect?
