Top Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum 3-5 years accounts payable with supervisory experience.

  • Ability to interact with staff throughout a number of departments.

  • Ability to perform multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Computer/Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency level of intermediate to advance knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • D365 ERP or similar accounting software

  • Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.

  • 10-key by touch.

Description:

The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible in guiding AP team and performing timely and accurate daily processing of payables and general accounting functions.

Logistics:

  • Work environment: Onsite (no remote options)

  • Location: Seattle, WA 98144

  • Placement type: 6 month contract (with possibility of extension or being brought on permanent)
