Crossbeam Investments, LLP, a Seattle-based property management company is searching for an Accounts Payable Assistant for our corporate office in Pioneer Square, downtown Seattle. Crossbeam has a portfolio of successful commercial and apartment properties located throughout the Puget Sound region. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of accounting fundamentals as well as excellent office support skills. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant: *Process Invoices (Stamping coding and approval stamps, enter coded invoices into accounting software) *Print, mail and file checks for multiple properties *Office Support - filing, data retention, mail, and other duties *Conduct company business according to policies *Special projects as assigned What the Successful Accounts Payable Assistant will have: *Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals or 1-year accounting experience *Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook *Data entry and/or 10 key experience *Experience with Yardi or other accounting software *Must be a self-starter, resourceful and can problem solve *High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow through *Professional written and oral communication skills *Prompt and consistent attendance during scheduled work hours *Ability to maintain confidential information *Able to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team Outstanding Benefits include: *Competitive compensation *Medical, dental and vision *Generous PTO *Paid Holidays *ORCA transit pass All Things HR, an external HR Consulting Company, has partnered with Crossbeam Investments, LLP to assist with the hiring process.
