We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityThe Adobe Sales Academy is a multi-phase, elite sales program designed to take top sales talent from a Business Development Rep (BDR) to an Enterprise Account Executive (AE). With multiple locations in North America, this program is crafted to see you grow, develop, and succeed!What You'll Do As a BDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with a variety of senior-level executives and C-level decision-makers. This will be accomplished through cold outreach, email campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up, as well as discovery calls, and daily customer sales support activities. The role involves working with existing accounts as well as generating new business. By partnering closely with your Account Executives, the goal is to identify and source pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starter who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized business development prospecting campaigns.Responsible for aspects of the Adobe product solutions including the Creative, Document, and Experience Clouds.Develop net-new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and set meetings through cold calling inbound leads and net new prospectsGenerate and nurture viable high-quality inbound leads. Drive awareness into the account base through personalized email campaigns, and drive attendance to live events and online webinars.Translate needs into business opportunities by uncovering customer issues and workflow problems and understanding sophisticated business environments.Interact with prospects via telephone, video correspondence, and emailEffectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidenceDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organizationMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenue objectives and pipeline linearityMaintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.What You Need to SucceedCompletion of BA/BS degree within 12 months of the start dateConsistent over-achievement in past positions, technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by resultsPossess an understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, including opportunity qualification and objection handlingPrior experience cold calling and generating new leads, owning a quota, or experience with some form of performance-based deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting business messagesStrong attention to detail, good listener, phenomenal organizational skillsMotivated by individual and team achievement.Highly organized with the ability to work in fast-paced environmentPursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.Colorado Starting Salary: $59,500 - $77,300At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commissi
